Mitey WheelsTM

Mitey WheelsTM Proprietary line of wheels based on our urethane bonding capability. We take a ball bearing, prepare it and stick a thermoset urethane tire to it. This results in a superior durability bond that exceeds other methods of adhering a urethane tire to a bearing. We offer a variety of standard sizes and configurations.

Mitey wheelsTM can also be molded or finished with crowns, grooves or other surface configurations. Custom finishing is where we started in business and what makes business interesting for us.

Silicone Glue Rollers

Plan Tech also manufactures silicone rollers for the packaging industry. These rollers are used in the gluing of labels and have superior release characteristics.

What's the difference between a wheel and a roller?

If the OD is larger than the length of the face, we call it a roller. If the length of the face is larger than the diameter, we call it a wheel. If the OD is the same as the length of the face, we'll call it whatever you do.
