Plan Tech, Inc. fabricates and sells high quality cast polyurethane components for industry. Our custom and proprietary molded products are found in many industries.

Plan Tech, Inc. was established in 1986 by a management team with over 70 years of combined experience in the cast polyurethane industry. We are located in Loudon, NH, just one hour from the White Mountains of New Hampshire, one hour from the New Hampshire shoreline and a half hour from the Manchester Airport in Manchester, NH. Plan Tech, Inc. occupies 20,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space in the Shaker Brook Industrial Park.

Plan Tech, Inc. processes polyurethanes in a wide range of chemistries including dedicated TDI and MDI production cells. Plan Tech's engineering staff has the experience and knowledge to select or tailor a urethane chemistry to your requirements.

Our production capabilities include:

• in-house mold manufacture
• automated adhesive application for high strength bonding to metallic and non-metallic substrates
• proprietary surface modification processes for the adhesion of urethane to a variety of low surface energy plastics and polymers
• waterjet cutting
• open cast, rotational, compression and liquid injection molding
• high speed automated and manual finishing equipment
• post-secondary assembly
• on-site testing
• Full in-house machine shop with multiple CNC mills and lathes, grinders, welding, sheet metal fabrication and waterjet cutting
